The Office of the General Counsel at Ithaca College provides comprehensive legal services to the College and is currently comprised of the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Trustees, and one Assistant Counsel position. This is a new position that will allow for the current Assistant Counsel to assume primary responsibility for student affairs and related agency and litigation matters, and the new Assistant/Associate Counsel to assume primary responsibility for labor and employment law and related agency and litigation matters. The two Counsel positions will share responsibility for the review of contracts and other matters of the College as assigned.
