The Director of Ticket Operations and Analytics serves as a member of the ticket office team and is committed to the excellence and advancement of the Department of Athletics through its strategic plan. This position is responsible for coordinating ticket operations, database and data warehouse management, and implementing strategies for third-party integrations. This position reports to and supports the Senior Ticket Director, Operations & Analytics in all aspects of directing Athletics Ticket Office operations including strategic planning, policy and procedure development, and managing data collection and analysis to help direct marketing and ticketing decision-making processes. Works closely with the Director of Ticket Sales to identify leads and coordinate sales efforts in regard to actionable data. Manages all aspects of ticket operations for Men's Basketball including event creation, ticket renewals and invoicing, generating ticket print files and seat relocation. Collaborates with other department areas to coordinate ticketing needs for marketing, promotions and game day operations. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced, and innovation is encouraged.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; must have at least two years of ticket operations experience in an intercollegiate or professional sports team setting; strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to customer service; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of constituents; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3-5 years of experience working in an intercollegiate or professional sports ticket office; one year of experience working with data analytics, data warehouse concepts and CRM platforms; experience working with Ticketmaster products (Archtics, Account Manager, Host).
Target Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Annually
