Assignments include general clerical tasks such as preparing bank deposits, processing outgoing mail, and ordering/distributing office publications. Enter data in 4-H, Agriculture, and Family and Consumer Sciences databases. Submit 4-H publication orders for clubs and maintain records and reports. Manage website and social media communications. Design and edit videos and podcasts for all program areas. Create newsletters and program materials.

This position is located in Wooster, Ohio.
Six months of experience (600 hours of course work) in office practices and procedures, including customer service/public relations; three months of experience (300 hours of training) operating basic office machines and equipment (e.g., computer related and peripheral equipment, copy machines, typewriters, calculators).
Experience with Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel; excellent customer service skills; ability to proofread, design, reproduce materials, and perform tasks independently; ability to establish priorities and display strong organizational skills; experience in website management, social media, and video editing; knowledge of OSU Extension programs and a working knowledge of Wayne county.
