The Program Coordinator is a member of the office team that is responsible for the administration and coordination of the federal Title IV and private educational loan programs through which the University's students and their parents borrow. The annual loan processing volume currently exceeds $375 million through approximately 53,000 loans to over 15,000 borrowers. This coordinator has specific responsibilities for the Parent and Graduate PLUS Loan program. In addition, the coordinator will manage or assist in the management of office processes related specifically to loan administration. Finally the coordinator will participate in the office's general student advisement services as well as aid application review, eligibility checks, analysis, follow-up, and awarding processes.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Masters degree in Student Services or related field, or bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience.
