As a Patient Service Representative II, you will support the clinical staff by primarily working in our Call Center.
You will use excellent telephone etiquette in a fast-paced, high call environment.
Answer and triage calls and route telephone encounters in our patient electronic medical record system.
Cancel and reschedule doctor's office appointments.
