1. Collects and organizes information from the literature relevant to the identified management dilemma. 2. Manages contacts with organizations and individuals including the terms of an engagement and release of material. 3. Arranges and conducts interviews with executives (some on-camera) to gain additional information about the dilemma. 4. Works with faculty and the Director of Case Research to clarify the dilemma and sharpen the pedagogical value of the material. 5. Writes case study narrative translating business and economic information into coherent prose. 6. Reviews drafts with informants, faculty and Director of Case Research and incorporates revisions into text. 7. Prepares supporting materials for the case study into comprehensible tables and charts. 8. Formats the written material according to department standards. 9. Writes all necessary narrative elements. 10. Identifies accessible and relevant online materials for links. 11. Collects graphical material like photos and maps. 12. Creates slide-shows, graphs and other materials. 13. Works with multi-media producer to create video clips. 14. Formats all web pages on a site, arranging text, links, videos, photographs and other materials. 15. Tests web-sites and insures a smoothly-functioning finished product. 16. May perform other duties as assigned.
