1. Researches and analyzes grant-making organizations to identify likely funding sources for specific projects and programs. Manages email blasts to Primary Investigators (PIs) on specific grant opportunities that target areas and need. 2. Works with PIs on coordinating, preparing, and meeting all proposal eligibility and submission requirements, including but not limited to, collecting all necessary narratives, budgets, budget narratives, CV's, and subrecipient information forms, as necessary. 3. Collaborates with Yale's Office of Sponsored Projects to submit sponsored project documentation within IRES and appropriate sponsor proposal systems. Ensures all necessary clearances, approvals, and compliances are in place prior to proposal submission per proposal solicitations, such as matching/cost share requirements and indirect cost or other necessary waivers for exceptions to University policy.4. Maintains proposal and narrative/financial reporting deadline calendar and communicates with Assistant Director on all deadlines. 5. Develops strategies, policies, and procedures to effectively track and update sponsored project post-award data, including the tracking of all personnel associated with awards, and verifying that labor schedules are set-up and maintained accurately.6. Prepares and monitors budgets, financial forecasts, and financial analyses and the actual vs. budgeted performance. Schedules all PI Portfolio reports in Workday, and meets with PIs to verify that grant/contract awardees understand these financial reports, and are effectively maintaining financial control over their award(s).7. Runs the Sponsored Report Tracking report in Workday, to ensure necessary reporting forms are submitted to OSP in advance of any deadlines.8. Verifies effort reporting is reported accurately for all awards at the Museum, in compliance with all sponsor and University policies.9. Performs other duties as required.
