Posting Salary: Recommended hiring range is $62,500 to $72,800. Commensurate with experience.
Position Summary: Uses professional financial services concepts and applies organization policies and procedures to resolve a variety of moderately complicated issues. Works on financial services problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Working knowledge of UC policy and compliance, corporate card programs, develop and maintain vendor and UCOP client and department relationships.

Job Close Date:
Under general supervision, researches information from a variety of sources regarding regulatory compliance issues and / or vendor selection and support activities. Prepare, review and/or research complex purchase order and payment transactions for UCOP client departments using current financial systems in compliance with UC and BRC policies and procedures. Coordinate with Procurement to ensure Purchase Orders for services are being established prior to receipt and within UC guidelines.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. At least 1 year or supervisory experience or team lead equivalent.

Working knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures.
