The College of St. Scholastica is seeking to fill an undergraduate faculty position preparing students for entry level generalist practice. This is a nine-month, tenure-track negotiable faculty position in the undergraduate nursing program. The position begins spring 2020. This position has teaching, scholarship, and college and community service expectations. Candidates will collaborate, contribute to and participate in fostering a culture of inclusion in support of college diversity goals.
- Master’s Degree in nursing is required or a graduate degree in nursing in progress. - Must hold a RN license in Minnesota (or be able to obtain such licensure). - Professional nursing experience required. - Demonstrated cross-cultural communication skills and multicultural competency. - Demonstrated experience interacting effectively with diverse students, faculty and staff.
- Doctoral degree in nursing is recommended. - Excellent verbal, written, and IT communication skills. - Teaching experience preferred.
