The Senior Custodian performs skilled and semi-skilled housekeeping duties in a student housing apartment complex. They will clean outside around the complex and inside in occupied and unoccupied apartment units (consisting of Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Hallways, and Windows), dumpster areas, parking areas, grounds, and all common areas of the buildings. They will operate vacuum cleaners, buffers, shampoo machines, carpet extractors, wet/dry vacuums, floor scrubbing and/or polishing machines for stripping, waxing, buffing, blowers, pressure washers, and/or other related cleaning operations. They are required to drive a golf cart and a university vehicle. They will need to report equipment needs to supervisor; responsible for equipment and supply inventory. They will also be responsible to mix cleaning chemicals according to manufactures directions. They will need to have the ability to operate independently with general directions.

Salary: Hourly $17.13 Total Hours: 7-4 M-F Career Position. Final candidate subject to background check.
