Analyze patient needs and make intelligent treatment recommendations through customized consultations. Educate patients on proper filler and muscle relaxant techniques. Consult patients regarding appropriate injectable services. Serve as liaison with the patient during the pre- and post-treatment period. Assist in planning, maintaining, evaluating and interpreting patient care standards. Provide injectable treatment.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in nursing; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in nursing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The position also requires possession of a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. May require a bachelor's degree in nursing and/or work experience in a particular area of nursing or health care.
Detail-oriented, precise individual, with a critical eye and ability to provide friendly honesty. Up-to-date on the latest aesthetic surgery protocols. Thorough understanding of cosmeceutical products. Minimum of three years experience as an Aesthetic Injector with proficiency in Botox, Juvederm, Volbella, Voluma, Vollure, Kybella, etc.; must possess an active RN/NP Michigan State License. This position requires, or will require prior to the completion of the probationary period: knowledge of basic personal computer terminology and operations, and the ability to use e-mail and the Internet.
