Advertised Job Summary:
Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, the Director of Administrative Services will direct the Libraries administrative services including facilities management, human resources, and library budgets. The Director of Administrative Services is the University Libraries Chief Financial Officer and administers the Libraries $18 million budget and serves as the Libraries' liaison to University offices, including the Provost's Office, Administration and Finance, Contract and Grant Accounting, University Foundations, Purchasing, federal agencies and participates in planning and decision-making for the Libraries.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
MBA with at least four years of increasing responsible management positions in an institution of higher learning. Four years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budget experience.
