Procurement Contracting and Payment Services (PCPS), a unit within Strategic Initiatives at West Virginia University, is seeking applications for a Senior Unifier Application Administrator. This role will serve as the primary technical expert and system administrator of the Oracle Primavera Unifier System.
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will:
Design, document, and develop business processes design in Unifier.
Research solutions and develop and maintain customizations to the system that best support end user functionality and ease of use.
Serve as the lead technical point-of-contact when vendor support is needed for investigation, troubleshooting and development of solutions to technical issues related to Unifier.
Enhance the capabilities of the current systems to meet these suggestions through report development and implementing modifications to the current system and suggesting changes to the work flow processes or changes to employee use of the system.
Serve as the expert in WVU Auxiliary Service's groups in requests for correcting system errors and problems. Supports the system administrator with institutional roll-outs, providing exceptional service to all members of the institution.
Develop reports and oversee the accurate delivery of data used for project management, strategic planning, cost analysis, cost engineering, budget forecasting, etc.
Oversee the maintenance and support of user accounts and associated security measures.
Ensure reliability, security and stability of systems and associated services that support business processes across varying customer needs.
Collaborate with consultants on architecture design.
Prepare design documents and work task plans.
Working with the implementation team, you will design migration onto Unifier from other systems and serve as architect and SME on integration efforts to other system.
Perform gap analysis and develops solution strategies to complex technical issues.
Lead data conversion strategies.
Stay current with technical trends and all vendor application initiatives by performing research and attending webinars, meetings, and conferences.
Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related degree.
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the following areas;
In-depth technical experience with ORACLE Primavera Unifier.
Experience in BI Publisher Reports customization & development.
Specific experience with design, configuration of business processes and administration of an ERP.
Experience with a full Unifier implementation of one or more modules including Capital Planning, Facilities Management or Real Estate preferred.
