The Space Management Coordinator will report to the Project Manager within Planning Design and Construction. This position provides leadership and oversight of University buildings and properties relative to usage. This position will provide support in maintaining space inventory, conducting facility audits and review of space requests, setting policy and procedures for space assignment and temporary space assignment for meetings and events.

Expertise in one of the following is required and a general understanding of all is preferred: property management, business management, architecture/engineering, policy, and data analysis.
