The Associate Director of Program Services for the Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MIE) program is responsible for all aspects of program management and coordination of activities related to the Paul Merage School of Business MIE Program. The Associate Director is also responsible for all academic advising to the students in MIE program including academic probation, registration, add/drops waivers and substitutions, and leaves of absence. Responsible for tracking students' progress in the program and for ensuring that program requirements are met. Under the direction of the Director of Program Services and the Assistant Dean, monitors course scheduling effectiveness for the MIE Program, classroom assignments and curricular coordination; works with faculty, staff, and other campus departments on issues relating to the MIE Program. Further, the Associate Director coordinates and manages all MIE co-curricular activities in collaboration with the Beall Center and/or UCI Applied Innovation from post-acceptance through commencement.

Salary: Annual $55,000.00 min. Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Ability to work weekends and evenings, as needed. Final candidate subject to background check.
