Essential Functions: Development of outreach strategies to engage community and healthcare stakeholders.Recruitment/implementation efforts and management of recruitment campaigns for assigned research study projects. Implementation of structured educational presentations.Organization and maintenance of study logs, records, and plans. Collection of study evaluation data, entry, coding and report writing. Data management and some data analysis.
Qualifications: Must have public speaking experience and a background in community health education.Able to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with non-academic organizations/agencies.Experience working with diverse populations.Must work well with community members, patients (adult and children), cancer center clinical and research staff. Must have critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and great attention to detail. Must have sound professional judgment and the ability to maintain confidential information.
