The Regional Director of Clinical Affiliations is a role supporting the University?s growing experiential affiliation needs and is responsible for developing and leveraging relationships with key C-suite decision makers in a targeted geography. The Regional Director will work with all schools at the University to research new affiliation opportunities and support ongoing agreement renewal. Critical to the success of this position will be protecting all current rotation locations, adding new disciplines to existing sites and developing new opportunities on a prioritized basis.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with key C-suite decision makers in top institutions in specific geographic area in order to protect existing rotations Expand the number of rotations and disciplines that place students in aligned institutions Research existing medical organizations to identify potential sites for experiential education opportunities leveraging both internal and external sources of information Manage affiliation agreements with clinical affiliation organizations, including quickly responding to requests for affiliation agreements from both internal and external stakeholders by collecting and consolidating required information and coordinating with legal team to develop new agreements Coordinate communication across all disciplines working with target institutions, developing account strategy, and aligning experiential approach Conduct pre-meeting research on external organizations Develop a thorough understanding of experiential education requirements of all University disciplines Coordinate communication across all University experiential teams for target institutions Facilitate communication between HR departments in affiliated organizations and internal University resources supporting soon to be MCPHS University graduates and alumni, regarding potential employment opportunities Lead collaboration and strategy meetings targeting high priority affiliates Proactively collaborate with clinical coordinators to assess current agreements that may need to be renewedAdditional responsibilities may be assigned by Chief Affiliations OfficerQualifications:Required: Bachelor's Degree 10 years account management experience or similar meeting with C-level decision makers in the health care environment 5 years developing and maintaining relationships with C-suite decision makers Strong organizational, administrative and database skills Strong learning agility Ability to respond quickly, effectively and thoroughly to inquiries and concerns Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
