Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Finance & Administration/CFO, the incumbent manages all of the accounting and fiscal functions for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and serve as the chief fiscal officer. The position will supervise 3 full-time career staff analysts and all Business Office and Support Services Student Staff. The incumbent has overall responsibility for timely processing of accounts payables and receivables for Intercollegiate Athletics, as well as providing senior level financial and administrative analysis and decision-making support based on departmental spending or collected revenue and administers the financial resources to achieve the goals of the department leadership. In addition, the incumbent will perform month-end processes and be responsible for annual fiscal year closing processes as well as departmental annual NCAA audit.
