The Rockefeller University seeks a Research Assistant to join Neurobiology. The Research Assistant will participate in a project involving the circuit mechanisms of visual processing in the mammalian brain. Responsibilities include assisting in animal surgery, viral injections, developing rodent operant boxes, training animals, data analysis, two-photon imaging, organizing laboratory, and purchasing supplies.
Bachelor's degree in science required. Must be comfortable working with mice and rats. Programming knowledge such as MatLab and Arduino is strongly desired.
