The Training Specialist position will help develop and implement a robust training program based on the processes and procedures of the multiple departments that make up Syracuse University's Business, Finance and Administrative Services (BFAS). The goal of the program is to create an awareness of the services and resources available within the BFAS departments to the campus community. The Training Specialist will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs. Content will range from small and large group in-person sessions to online guides and tutorials. The Training Specialist position will report to the Manager of Research and Operations in the Office of Budget and Planning and will work closely with members of BFAS and campus community to ensure the success of the program.
