This position develops and implements a comprehensive program of leadership and career development designed specifically for student-athletes and coaches. Coordinates activities for the Bloom Family Leadership Academy, life skills programming, the Student-Athlete Advisory Council, career and professional development and other events to provide a first-class student experience. Works in collaboration with Development & Alumni Relations to engage alumni for mentorship and career opportunities. Reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development/Senior Woman Administrator.
Master's degree with three to five years of related job experience in college athletics and/or student-athlete development
