The Department of Psychiatry, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) is searching for a dynamic individual who is highly organized, approachable, and collaborative and thrives in a busy environment. The Office Manager position provides excellent office management support to the Child Psychiatry clinic as well as coordinates CAP fellows, residents, and faculty in their quest to serve children and families in Oregon with the best child psychiatric services anywhere.
Duties and responsibilities are varied and can include coordination of educational activities (meetings, reviews, events) for the CAP program, rotations for fellows and residents, coordination of fellowship recruitment and onboarding efforts, maintenance of program and student data in child clinic. You will be the key support system for the CAP Director, CAP Program Director, and CAP faculty engaged in educational activities.
This position serves as a role model for their direct reports. The work day for this successful candidate is varied and engaging, and duties will change seasonally with the academic annual calendar.
