Associate Director of Enrollment Quality Assurance

Responsibilities: Under the supervision and guidance of the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Associate Director of Enrollment Quality Assurance serves as an enrollment leader for the Sr Assistant Directors of Enrollment Services, along with supporting assigned colleges and/or regions, enrollment team members, and enrollment service partners. The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and sales enablement for the enrollment management team that ensures the Sr. Assistant Directors of Enrollment Services, and the Assistant Directors of Student Recruitment and/or Enrollment are educated and trained properly to create the best prospective learner service possible and to ensure that the team is equipped with the processes and knowledge to increase efficiency through the sales cycle. This role will be responsible for strategic over-arching enrollment campaigns in partnership with the Director's of Enrollment and the Sr. Asst. Directors of Enrollment services, call monitoring, evaluation, and observation of both the Assistant Directors of Student Recruitment and/or Enrollment and enrollment service partner(s). Training and coaching of the team are vital to team member and student success along with Northeastern's brand image, and the Associate Director will lead that effort to ensure that quality remains at its highest across all regions and teams. The Associate Director will be responsible for working with the college(s) and the enrollment services team members and partners to drive and initiate enrollment strategy. The role will be accountable for monitoring the designated colleges(s) enrollment pipeline and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify, address, and flag trends in the data. They will use enrollment data and trends to inform strategic decisions with the college(s) and enrollment teams and partners, and will be responsible for moving strategies forward and problem-solving along the way. The individual in this role will produce reports on the college(s) pipeline movement, outreach activities, conversion rates, campaign outcomes, and event success. Additionally, the Associate Director and team will be responsible for reviewing applications and rendering admissions decisions on bachelor, master, and doctoral applications.
Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree preferred. 4 to 6 years of experience in student recruitment and/or enrollment, college admissions and/or other customer service/sales organizations, and training. Any experience in counseling, recruitment programming, local travel, call campaigns, and small and large group presentations also preferred. This position will require a flexible work schedule, including some nights and weekends, and the willingness to travel on a routine basis is necessary. Proven ability to work independently, excellent communication and presentation skills, sensitive and responsive to the needs of diverse constituencies and managing goals.
