Advertised Job Summary:
Prepares daily, weekly, monthly management reports (work distribution, maintenance backlogs, etc.) and evaluates enhancements to the system. Prepares work order and service request data reports to reflect building heath trends that can be used to predict/prevent major disruptions to services on campus. Prepares historical work reports to present to senior management for budget decisions on future capital projects. Responsible for the creation of SQL queries and creation of table relationship diagrams within the existing database.
Assist Work Control Manager with preparing weekly work schedules for maintenance unit. Analyzes weekly, monthly, yearly labor hours (actuals versus planned) to determine future workloads. Enters New Projects and Tracks Existing Projects on the Facilities Critical Project Log
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
