Summary of Duties: Under the direction of the Management Team, and indirect supervision of the Manager, responsible for data entry of orders, receiving all food, paper, and cleaning supplies, and other deliveries. Properly store, rotate and organize all food, paper and chemical storage locations in the unit. Assemble items for take outs. Responsible for the care of equipment used and maintaining cleanliness of all storage areas and loading dock. Performs a variety of routine duties in the preparation of serving of food and beverages; performs routine clean-up duties in food service operation such as dishwashing, waste removal, storage functions and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in work areas.
Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent AND six months of full-time experience as a Stockroom Attendant 1 or equivalent; OR equivalent education/experience.
