Qualifications REQUIRED -Experience with HR recruitment and administrative support experience. -Strong customer service and team building skills and experience -Knowledge of employment laws, especially US immigration laws affecting the legal right to work. Program and project management skills and experience. -Experience managing multi-line telephone system and engaging with walk-in customers.
PREFERRED -Experience working with Oracle/PeopleSoft navigation and/or recruitment applicant tracking systems -Knowledge of Federal and California State employment policies, procedures, laws, and guidelines.

Responsibilities The HR Recruitment Coordinator will support the HR Recruitment Unit with hire and on-boarding processes. The HR Recruitment Coordinator will serve as the primary support to the Recruitment Unit on a wide array of complex and multi-dimensional staffing matters and will serve as a resource for inquiries from customer/clients. In addition, the Recruitment Coordinator will serve as the primary contact to new hires and guides them through the entire new hire process.
