Posting Summary: Plans, organizes, budgets, promotes, implements, evaluates and directs the programs, activities, records and communications of the Career Development Center. Supervises, coordinates, evaluates, trains, corrects, adjusts, assists and follows-up on the day-to-day work and the standing program and activities of the staff. Recruits, markets, and maintains, productive corporate governmental and graduate/professional school executive relationships. Conducts career planning and placement workshops for Seniors, alumni, academic classes and University programs, counsels students one-on-one, and assists students with prospective employer interactions and communications. Participates in and provides leadership to various career awareness programs and activities in University programs and activities and the community at large.
