Administrative Assistant, $27,527 per year, USCA School of Education
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the operation of the School of Education (SOE). The person hired must be able to interact with co-workers, supervisors, departmental faculty, students and the public in a positive manner and be able to work independently with little supervision. The Administrative Assistant maintains the data management system, plans and prepares reports, and conducts presentations for specific administrative units within the School of Education. The Administrative Assistant also coordinates with the Director of Field Experiences on the placement of practicum students and interns. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma and 4 years of related experience; or equivalency. Requires knowledge of computer data management systems including Microsoft Office.
