Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Staff Assistant for the Environmental and Occupational Healthcare Sciences Institute (EOHSI). Under the direction of the Lead Case Manager, the Staff Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative and support services for the Medical Case Management Team.
Responsible for providing analytical, computing and staff support for the Medical Case Management Team at the World Trade Center Health Program at Rutgers-EOHSI.
Screens calls and provides information in accordance with organizational policy.
Maintains and assists in developing departmental accounts, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with budgets.
Serves as the primary liaison between the Case Management Team and other entities with the University.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills are required.
Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirement.
This is a non-state funded position.
