The Temporary Program Coordinator is responsible for administering effective programs and support services for students who are part of the Posse Program; including oversight of program content, assessment, logistics, communication, budgeting, and program materials.
They will collaborate with a wide variety of constituents within the University and with the Posse Liaison to assess needs, implement programs, and assess outcomes of program. The Coordinator provides administrative support to the Posse Liaison and students.
The Posse Program Coordinator will also work closely with the faculty mentors to Posse and provide logistical support for their participation in Posse activities as well as logistical support for the administrative activities of Posse visits to campus and Syracuse University interactions with the Posse Foundation.
They will also provide individual assistance and referral to all Posse Students – ensuring their academic, personal and professional success; plan and implement activities and programs designed to contribute to a sense of community among different cultural and geographic backgrounds; advise and support student groups.
