Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Summary: The Human Resources Analytics and Reporting Analyst provides support to the HR department. Responsibilities include HR data gathering, auditing, analysis, and reporting. Assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, report development, data submission, and analysis of data for process improvement opportunities.
Additional Department Summary: The Human Resources Analytics and Report Analyst will be responsible for working collaboratively across all HR functions to collect, compile, and interpret report requirements; gathering and analyzing data from various sources to provide meaningful reports and summaries pertaining to human capital data such as headcount, performance management, turnover, applicant tracking, and compensation; assisting with the identification and development of metrics, scorecards, and dashboards; using data to help leadership identify progress, gaps and opportunities for improvement; providing consultation, training, and customer support for interpreting and summarizing statistical results; recommending changes to allow for improved data accuracy; utilizing appropriate project management strategies for supporting successful change efforts across a broad range of programs and initiatives; and producing quality deliverables in a fast paced environment.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a human resources or analytical/evaluative position; OR Master's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a human resources or analytical/evaluative position.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner; Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions; Solution-oriented attitude that focuses on continuous improvement; Proficient in Excel; Excellent attention to detail; Experience in creating reports; Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects; Strong analytical and research skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality; and Comfortable working with analytical tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, industrial/organization psychology, computer science, or other quantitative discipline. Previous experience with HR metrics, data analysis and reporting. Experience working in a human resources environment. Previous experience working with a HRIS. Prefer PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
