Assistant Professor -- International Relations
The Department of Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for a tenure-stream position at the level of Assistant Professor in international relations, pending budgetary approval. We welcome applications from all areas of international relations, but are particularly interested in candidates who employ rigorous social scientific methods in their research and whose work complements and builds on departmental strengths.
The starting date for the position is September 1, 2020, and applicants should have completed a Ph.D. in Political Science or a related field before the appointment begins. Successful candidates are expected to engage in research, teaching, and service that contributes to the department's mission.
