Under the direction of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Managing Assistant Director provides managerial support and data management for the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs; manages day-to-day activities in Academic Affairs; participates in the development of division-wide goals, policies and procedures with other office staff; and does related work as required. This position requires a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience working in an institution of higher education is required. Experience with data management, providing faculty and student support services and supporting executive level administrators is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to run reports and perform data analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
