The Student Success Programs Office Coordinator creates a responsive, positive and welcoming environment for all visitors to the Summer Session Student Success Programs Office. The incumbent provides support to all visitors, including prospective, incoming, and current UCI students as well as their families, faculty, administrators, and staff. The Student Success Programs Office Coordinator is responsible for being a liaison to the staff for complex and escalated inquiries, which the student staff may be unable to assist. The incumbent will also be responsible for working closely with the Student Success Programs Manager (SSPM) to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Summer Session Student Success Programs Office as well as assisting the coordination of approximately 30-40 special events.

Salary: Hourly $20.13 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Ability to work evenings and on some weekends is required. Evening and weekend hours will be communicated ahead of time.
