Provide administrative assistance with team travel, recruiting, summer camps, and other general tasks as assigned. Chart/track practice and race statistics as well as videotaping and breakdown of video tape for both practices and races. Oversee the maintenance and rigging of all rowing related equipment (shells, oars, coxswain equipment, rowing ergometers, coaching launches and motors, and trailers). Assist with the installation and removal of the 2000m regatta race course as well the work that goes into hosting all home regattas. Oversee the general operation and care of the rowing boathouse, docks, and ergometer rooms. Drive the team bus to and from practices as well as assist with driving team trailer to and from regattas.
Note: Position requires incumbent to comply fully with all NCAA, Big Ten (or other conference) and Indiana University rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in the sport of rowing.
Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by Indiana University.
Possess a valid Indiana Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class
