The main function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Division Chief, faculty and residents in Plastics/Dermatology Surgery and to assist with day-to-day business matters in the division.
Tasks include coordinating schedules, processing correspondence, arranging travel and other special events. Assist in abstract and manuscript preparation, completes literature searches, etc.
Maintain all office inventories and handles all ordering, following good business practices and UK policy. This person also provides general clerical aid like file maintenance, telephone coverage, fee and invoice processing, etc.
Will provide computer user support to the division; triage hardware issues, trains new users as needed. Although not required, tech support skills are preferred.
MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphics, slide creation.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
Associate’s degree plus four or more years experience working with faculty, staff, and medical students preferred.
