Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university required
At least five (5) years minimum of major gift level fundraising
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Experience with physicians or medical fundraising
Experience in higher education or the non-profit sector

The hiring range for pay grade 19 is $68,223 – $112,570 and the target salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. Salary is commensurate with education and experience, while also considering internal equity.
