The Project Coordinator will provide program and administrative support for the activities of the Planning, Design & Construction office. Support project teams, especially project managers and planners with initiation, implementation, and closing out of all Planning, Design & Construction projects. Coordinate daily administrative operations of the PD&C group by assisting with the development and execution of standards, processes and practices to maximize customer satisfaction and assure appropriate communications between PD&C and internal and external stakeholders. Communicate procedures to the PD&C group.Â Provide specialized administrative support of planning and project activities, such as:
Support group needs relating to the Integrated Workplace Management System and Document Management System.
Collect, summarize, interpret and report on project data such as PM surveys and active projects web updates.
Create visualization for department processes and resource sharing such as process diagrams, Notice of Construction calendar, and intranet site for FM Resource library
Collect and analyze historical data to inform project managers and planners
Assist group efforts in maintaining current design and construction standards
Provide document preparation and data analysis in support of project managers and planners, preparing and distributing reports as needed. Prepare and distribute form notifications and documents needed in management of construction activity. Provide specialized support during the initiation and closeout of projects. Tasks included but not limited to:
Set-up new projects according to internal practices
Establish and maintain a system for the timely closeout procedures of projectsÂ
Coordinate closing paperwork and turnover documentation
Support the project financial closeout
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional work experience with responsibility in supporting design, building renovation and construction management.
Strong knowledge of software and graphic and presentation tools including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio.Â Preferred knowledge of InDesign, Workday, and Meridian Document Management System.
Requires a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.

Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.
