Provide project support for IPE. Under direction, coordinator will be responsible for planning and integrating project timelines, tracking of projects and recognition and coordination of removal of roadblocks, and reporting project statuses to unit leadership. Manage communications with Departments for IPE leadership including web presences and management of shared mailboxes/communication methods. Manage logistics of learning events, including facilitating the creation and update of training materials, and dissemination of available information on a school-wide basis. Responsible for the organization and archiving of reports and other necessary information requiring coordination and follow up with every member of the team. Provide expertise and support to various interprofessional projects, requiring independent or team-oriented data gathering, aggregation, compilation, and synthesis of data for various reports, programs, and projects.
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.

Proficient in computers, including skills using MS office. High level of organization and multi-tasking. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence others, build and maintain positive relationships, effectively work with people of different cultures, and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Skilled in solving problems, making improvements, and delivering quality services with a customer-focused mindset in an environment that fosters understanding, collaborative teamwork and knowledge sharing. Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to facilitate and coordinate distance/technology-enabled education and communication.
Experience in an academic or healthcare setting.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Detect, regular attendance, remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time in front of a computer, and frequently moving. Primarily a sedentary position; however, occasionally move up to 10 lbs to move files. Travel in personal vehicle throughout state.
