Department Name: 7H369:Internal Medicine - Hospitalist
The department of Internal Medicine – Hospitalist seeks an Administrative Support Associate I. This position provides Administrative support to the Division Chief and the Clinical Medical Directors.
Duties include scheduling/preparing/organizing Division internal and external meetings as well as business travel; develop forms and reports used to document, track and report continuing Division activities and processing patient health records.
This position is essential to managing the numerous tasks necessary to coordinate the schedule and clinical care duties of 22 patient care teams, plus two evening and two night shifts across the two hospitals which provide 24/7 coverage 365 days a year.
Also recording and updating the schedule with all swaps, moonlighting shifts as well and calculating and submitting monthly and bi-annual payments.
IEBC-Internal Employee Being Considered
Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, database, scheduling software. Organization, communication and computer skills a must. Must demonstrate great attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree plus three or more years related experience preferred.
