The Admissions Communication Coordinator manages communication, social media, and marketing initiatives for the admissions office at the School of Law. S/he uses various methods and systems to interface effectively with diverse internal and external audiences and stakeholders in the exchange of information about the law school admission process and the School of law. S/he has primary responsibility for the fulfillment of inquiries for information or services (in person, by telephone or electronic). S/he customizes campus visits for projects and guests, including campus visits, building tours, and meetings with admissions staff, faculty and student ambassadors, and confirms visit plans with each guest. S/he has direct responsibility for prospect communication planning and implementation using a CRM. S/he manages the logistics of on-campus, national and regional recruitment and yield events. S/he manages some administrative matters to support the recruitment program and related to staff travel, purchasing and procurement, recruitment and travel budget management, recruitment materials and printing, and other logistics to support the student recruitment and admissions function.
