This is a grant funded position. The Recruitment Retention Coordinator will research, identify, organize events and make presentations to local area community organizations to identify and recruit subjects for U01 SDF Clinical Trial. Assess the needs of community organizations and enrolled subjects to improve recruitment rates and subject retention. Evaluate arrangements and recommend appropriate changes to supervisor.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Public Health or equivalent.
Required Experience: 2+ years experience with research and/or community-based organizations.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a clinical setting at an educational, healthcare or dental care facility.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong client service orientation. Excellent platform skills. Familiarity with standard office software.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Familiarity with grants management, IRB submission, and Spanish language skills.
