Primary responsibility is to provide supervision and leadership to a team of four to six Assistant Directors. Manage all selection and scholarship processes of the team, assign projects, evaluate job performance and attainment of goals, and provide oversight and supervision in the development and management of a regional recruitment territory. Chair admission selection committees and assist in the overall management of the first-year and transfer selection processes.
Requires: B.A./B.S. with three to five years of directly related experience. Strong public speaking skills are essential. Excellent written and oral communication are also required. Evening and weekend hours are necessary for most of the calendar year as well as the ability to travel extensively for days or weeks at a time. A valid drivers license and CORI background check are required.
