Create and maintain files, including both hard copy and electronic document management systems.
Coordinate and provide logistical support for internal and external meetings, departmental retreats, and institutional committees and successful execution. Coordinate follow-up of action items.
Provide logistical and administrative support for CDI-sponsored or CDI-co-sponsored events with internal or external partners and coordinate follow-up of action items.
Office Managerial Duties
Assist Chief Diversity Officer execute confidential salary, job changes and personnel transitions (interns/employees), coordinating new hires, transfers and separations, and employee leave; and departmental timekeeping. Establishes and maintains department procedures so that personnel transactions are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
Onboards new staff by preparing Welcome packets, initial processing of badge/Neo/Access paperwork, key orders etc.
Support CDI financial, operational, and administrative processes (i.e., P-Card, Oracle, disbursements/honorariums, Journal Entries, payments, and computers).
Process maintenance service requests and facilities work orders.
