Job Description Summary
We are pleased to announce an opening for a part-time Research Administrative Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day management of a large research study focused on pragmatic ways to measure competence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices (EBPs) for therapists in community mental health care settings. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail oriented, well-organized, and have experience with research projects and training initiatives. Responsibilities include: recruiting and consenting community therapists and clients for study participation; working with community therapists and their clients to collect study data; scoring routine materials gathered from therapy sessions to measure CBT and other EBP competence assisting with correspondence with IRB staff and maintenance of regulatory study source documents, supporting maintenance of regulatory binders, and conducting internal monitoring efforts to ensure compliance with IRB regulations; assisting with completion of program progress reports and other study reports; participating in meetings to monitor program progress; developing, updating, and maintaining multiple study databases and study files, and assisting other study sites with database management; managing data and ensuring accurate entry; maintaining incoming audio files for various studies; creating and maintaining study materials for participating therapists; and performing additional duties as assigned. Experience with data management through REDCap and / or Qualtrics are preferred. Members of under-represented groups in academic research are encouraged to apply, and fluency is Spanish is highly desirable.
Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED with 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Valid drivers license required.
