Drafting and editing correspondence and other documents; providing collaborative oversight of the divisional seminar series in conjunction with other administrative staff; maintaining complex filing systems (paper and electronic). Perform data entry in various databases and review information for accuracy; providing cross-coverage for other administrative coordinators within the division; and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications The minimum of an Associateâ™s degree and three to five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; a Bachelorâ™s degree preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, email applications, and, web browsers required; database development and maintenance skills preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set and adhere to deadlines.Must be able to professionally handle access to confidential information.Must have strong organizational skills and work independently and effectively under pressure.Position contingent upon funding.
