MonitorsÂ analyzes and improves financial system operations for assigned units in the Revenue Cycle /Patient Access department i.e. Revenue Cycle, Operations Patient AccessÂ and Denial Management. Â Conducts operational studies utilizing data collection and advanced unit knowledge to proactively trouble shoot problems and improve systems and the performance of the relating staff. Performs unit financial functions of a complex and specialized nature requiring the application and interpretation of policies and procedures. Â Serves as a lead and expert for answering questions related to specific Revenue Cycle functions and operations. Â Evaluates trends and provides. root cause analysis for quality improvement strategies.
