The purpose of this position is to assist in meeting the obligations of the day-to-day student billing duties and responsibilities of the Business Office.
Greet and serve students, faculty, staff, and the general public in person, on phone, or by e-mail
Receipt all cash coming through the Business Office
Produce daily deposit reports
Audit student accounts ensuring correct balances as directed by supervisor
Process returned checks for collection and delinquent student accounts as directed by supervisor
Maintain and update the Hold List as directed by supervisor
Assist in all areas of the Business Office as needed
Other duties as assigned
Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-noon. Summer hours will be 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday. This position will be based out of Denton, but travel may be required between campuses. Subject to criminal background check. Salary begins at $26,354.
