The primary role of this position is to provide academic support for 4-6 law faculty members directly and provide backup support to another 4-6 when needed. This person is the point of first contact for students with problems, questions or issues that arise relevant to their classes with the professors for which this position provides support/backup. Duties include but are not limited to: making travel arrangements for students and faculty members, coordinating seminars and conferences, creating and maintaining student records, creating Canvass web pages, and post materials.
High school diploma or GED and one year of related support or administrative experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide variety of individuals, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer service orientation.
Some college. Organizational and computer skills. Familiarity with IU systems.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
