The administrative coordinator at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy reports to the executive assistant to the director and coordinates a wide range of administrative and clerical responsibilities in support of the institute director, the executive assistant to the director, and the institute's business as a whole. Duties include but are not limited to — coordinating all front desk activities, managing office and breakroom supplies, supporting finance and events staff in various administrative and clerical capacities.
The administrative coordinator provides administrative and/or operational support to an individual, team, unit or department. S/he is generally responsible for coordinating two or more business functions, processes or programs.
